Hue: A Tripanel Image + Poem

This post uses the same watercolor technique I've been posting about, and taking adventurous fun in using... Here's a few things I've been working on. It was fulfilling being able to sit down yesterday evening and put a few finishing touches on these.

You might be curious about my photographic process-- these photos actually tie into another project I've been undertaking at work. We've been trying to "manufacture" better looking plastic for our computer cases, so painting them might be a step towards that.

The paint here in the images have been influenced by acetone, stripping the plastic of its paint and primer.

The results are as follows: a little bit of paint, odd smells, and some fun fall out.

About

I work mainly with graphic poetry; a way to articulate a medium with both images and text. I really enjoy digital photography, and poems that make you want to think, and feel. A lot of my poetic subtext will be associated with Indie Poetry and Ecopoetry as ways to focus on expanding Social and Ecological awareness through a creative medium. It's my focus to find a way for others to connect through this visual medium, to have a way to express thoughts in a unique form, but also, to express our concerns with the constantly changing environments around us.
